This book integrates so many useful strategies in a sensible and easy to implement way. It combines all that is good about Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, with a focus on what is workable. Most importantly, it is a human book, where being kind to ourselves and accepting our weaknesses and working with them, actually makes us stronger and more flexible.
