"Not just another vampire romance." - Amazon Reviewer

Nice to meet you!

I'm a young adult / teen author from Minnesota, and I love what I do!

I speak 'quirky' in a variety of genres, from paranormal to sci-fi to fantasy. I'm addicted to awkward love, and firmly believe that banter makes the heart grow fonder.

Check out any of my 15 original works, available at Amazon and Barnes & Noble.

Thanks for stumbling upon me and staying for a visit. Hope to see you again soon!

Note: I was given a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

This book reminded me some of M. Night Shyamalan's movie "The Village" but in a very vague way. For instance there is a group of people that think they are the only people left alive and that they are the perfect last race...but only the children believe that because the adults know the truth. The "government" has pockets of different cultures of people to be contained as if they were in a zoo because the truth is that the rest of the world is a perfect blending of all races...a unity of humankind...where they all wish to be differentiated from one another.

This tale is about a girl in one of these pockets and her story of learning the truth, falling in love, and going where non of her people have gone before...outside of the village. What are the repercussions of such an act? How will she travel in a land being different when everyone looks the same? Buy the book and find out the answer to these questions and more! A great promising author, I will recommend her books any time.
