It is evident that these two authors had fun with this manuscript, as it is shown throughout the entire storyline with its many zany characters and situations.
Janet Knight has been published in newspapers and magazines and has reviewed books for the Houston Chronicle. She also won the Golden Pen Award for mainstream fiction at the Southwest Writer's Conference in Houston, Texas. Karen Knight Kaster has written numerous technical manuals as program manager for a psychiatric rehab. Both have taken advanced writing courses and both have written for years as a hobby. Avid readers with a hearty appreciation for a good belly laugh, they are excited about this novel. As native Texans, who love visiting the Mississippi Gulf Coast, these two are able to offer a unique glimpse into a raucous road trip to the modern day deep south .
