About Jenni Boyd

I was born in Australia and currently reside in Tropical Far North Queensland with my partner.

My early childhood years were spent constantly on the move and at times places remote and so isolated I used my imagination to create friends and another world.

As a young girl the castles of England, with their hidden secrets and the mystical powers of the gypsies always fascinated me and through an event that happened at the age of seven, I used all these things to create my first book 'Natalia'. A love story that incorporates mystery and suspense, with a surprising twist at the end.

I love the great outdoors, hitching up the camper trailer and travelling to far remote but beautiful places. The outback was my inspiration for my second book 'Missing', a Thriller/suspense, a place so vast one can disappear without a trace.

My third book, 'Steel Justice' is set in the beautiful setting of Tropical North Queensland, this book is also a Thriller/suspense, with the added spice of sexual tension between Max Steel & Jasmine Bronson in the pursuit to find his daughter.

My fourth book 'The Bloodstone Key' is very different from my first three books, a fantasy set in medieval times. This book originally began as a story I wrote especially for my daughter many years ago called 'The Princess Dress'. It was through a chance discovery of relatives I had never met, one being Betty May Rose Hansen, an amazing woman whose words not only encouraged me to follow my dream as a writer, but I discovered something unique about her, which inspired me to rewrite my original story and name it "The Bloodstone Key'

My partner, two children and three stepchildren are my life source, my foundation and keep me focused on the road ahead.

I love anything that allows me to use my imagination and the freedom to be creative; writing, sewing and gardening.

I hope my imagination and style of writing will keep a reader enthralled enough to turn the next page and look forward to my next book.

How could you name this book MISSING, there is nothing missing
Finally got the book but had to wait for a bit of time to get into it. What a mistake that was as I work a 2 and 1 roster so first night off I started into the book. Well 3 days later and not much sleep I had all the answers.
Murder, mystery and then a big twist. Don't think that you will be able to guess the ending, so don't waste the brain time trying to figure it out , just read the book
Been an avid reader I tend to lean towards Janet Evanovich, James Patterson,J R Carroll, Ian Rankin, John Grisham and the all Aussie great of Robert Barrett, so if you like any of these, line on up for the Jenni Boyd books as you will not be disappointed .
Have already read Natalia and on the hunt for the next one's. So to Jenni Boyd keep them coming as I could do with a few more sleepless nights reading.
How good are they, try them and make up your own mind,
S Manning
