Fruit shakes are a great way to live a fit life, especially if you want to loose some weight. And in order not to get bored with them drinking the same shake every day, variety is important. This book has so many different recipes (more than 150) for any taste; there is no excuse not to try at least some of them! Find your favorites and then mix them into your daily nutrition, that's what I have done!

It's not only shakes recipes you get, but also how to make pies, snack and energy bars by yourself.

Especially if you use Herbalife products, get this book because you will find more than 150 ideas/recipes how to use Herbalife products in a new, creative way!
