This book is like a program to help with mindful thinking and mindful feelings. People learned how to develop relationships with this book. All the four concepts in the book, as mindfulness, mindlessness and heartfulness and heartlessness are very important. It is useful in marriage counselling, family counselling, and also found useful in individual growth and spiritual and emotional development.
