About Chris Edwards

Chris Edwards is the youngest of 'The City2Surf Legends', a small group of men who have completed the iconic Sydney City2Surf Fun Run every year since 1971.

As a teenager he made a personal commitment to run in the annual event 50 times in under 100 minutes. Today, 44 years later, he is still on track to achieve this long-term personal goal.

Chris is a life coach and mentor who specialises in goal setting, motivation, life management and personal performance. His clients comprise of people from all walks of life and have included politicians, business leaders, small business owners and mums and dads who all want to improve their business, personal or career performance.

He is also author of the official history of the City2Surf, 'Begin With The End In Mind: The Untold Story Of The City2Surf' published by Body of Work, in 2014. ISBN-13:978-0-9875157-3-5
