Wow, truly impressed. A friend turned me on to this book (who actually knows the author) so I gave it a shot. Much more than I expected - it challenged everything I thought I knew about running (I've run all my life, played college ball, and now serve as a high school strength and conditioning coach) and backed up everything he said that just... makes sense. It's not rocket science, but yet is mindblowing because I'd never considered it. I'm sold.
