I thought this book would be stupid, but I was wrong. It's actually quite informative even if you lack the burning desire to visit Chattanooga's G-free options (not to be mistaken for the generalized burning of gluten intolerance). Some of the options listed are national chains, so wherever you travel, this book is a simpler solution than grilling your next waiter with life-or-death allergy questions. My wife runs a gluten free blog and business, but I'll save shameless self-promotion for the "About Me" section of my ebooks.
