About Ella Dominguez

Silly, thoughtful, sympathetic, naughty, delusional, moody, loving, begrudging... that's me in a nutshell.

I'm a full-time mom, wifey, healthcare worker, and wanna be switch. I was born and raised in a sexually repressed, strict Christian household in the bible belt of the USA. This upbringing and repression contributed to my wicked imagination and writing has been my only outlet for my sexual fantasies. Finally at the ripe old age of 40, I've mustered up enough courage to share my naughty thoughts and put pen to paper. I sincerely hope to find my niche in writing erotica in all forms, be it romance or paranormal.

I don't consider myself an author. I consider myself an avid reader above all else, and someone who simply writes the stories that the voices in my head tell me to.

5 STARS !!!!! HAWT HAWT HAWT..................HOLY HAWTNESS!!!

The Art of Control (Book #3) is by far my favorite! Loved how Ella Dominguez captivates you in the depth of Isa & Dylan's relationship........the love, the control, the need.......

“You want to know what it is about this lifestyle that appeals to me? It’s this: My sexuality. It’s the only thing I feel like I have complete control of. You’ve given that to me, Dylan. Since the moment we’ve been together, I feel like my sexual identity is my own. I have the power to say when and how much. Yes, I do need the discipline; there’s no denying it, but not for the reasons that you think. I need it because I need order in my life and for things to make sense and have logic. I need a feeling of purpose. And yes, I need and crave the pain too, but not for the reasons that you think”

“I like the pain because it makes me feel alive. But more importantly, I surrender to the pain because it pleases my Master and I know he enjoys giving it to me and that he needs to give it to me in order for him to feel content. That, Dylan, is what appeals to me about BDSM. Pleasing you, my Master, owner and husband, and cherishing you for the Dominant that you are, and feeling a sense of pride in the pleasure and joy that I give to you when I’m obedient and things are perfect and just the way you want them to be. BDSM gives me that sense of purpose and that purpose is to submit to you completely and to accept your gift of submission to me.”

This book had me laughing at spunky "Mistress Isa", awwhh'ing at the love & communication just from Isa & Dylan's body language, and then crying...thinking "what the hell are you doing Isa"....then back to the awwwhhhh'ing.

I really came to love Sawyer and how his character was alive in this book!!!! HINT, HINT......Ella Dominguez......WOULD LOVE TO READ A BOOK OF WHAT BECOMES OF SAWYER AND HIS CURIOSITY IN BDSM!!!! Pleazzzzzzzzz tell me you will give Sawyer & Sonya their own book....with a sneak peek of what the future of a family held for Isa & Dylan!!!!!!

Thank you Ella Dominguez for such a great read! Will be looking for more of your books!

Dear Ms. Dominguez,

Finally, here's my review.

Definitely, I really, really, really enjoy this trilogy; I can even say it is one of my favourite ones. I l.o.v.e.d it!!!!

It's all I want in an ending book for a trilogy/series:

1. Honesty [on the writing].
2. Depth [ditto].
3. A conclusion [A REAL ONE].
4. Coherence on characters AND plot.
5. Not wanting to extend a story/plot that could derive in a mush of non-senses and gets old & boring.
6. Alternative POV's from characters.

Isabel is fragile than ever, but always her dichotomy is present: wanting to solve her problems by her own; not wanting to be pitiful.

Dylan wanting to become the solution for her problems, surrendering his control, his will, his heart.

Even their codependent relationship, which makes them unable to coexist without each other, they are similar and different, because and in spite of their own fears and darkness, but living thru different ways.

I'm speechless. Exhausted, hipersensible, excited, and satisfied. That's how you're leaving me with this ending.

PS. Love watercolours so much!!!

Another Work of Art to Complete the Series!!!

This book was such a fantastic continuation of the story of Dylan & Isa.
So many series end on a flat note, creating more of a long winded epilogue than a book .. THIS IS NOT the case when it comes to The Art of Control.

There is so much action from cover to cover ... with story lines that began in the previous books in the series, but also new story lines that give us more insight into some of the other characters.

And if you're looking for something HOT to read ... it doesn't come hotter than this book! You may need some asbestos gloves while you're reading this one. It will make your Kindle Fire an INFERNO!

I look forward to the future books from this author!
