Whilst on a LEAN Six Sigma course for Black Belt, I was recommended this book. It is a short compressed read which contains a high level view of LEAN, but also dives into detail as required. If your introducing LEAN into an organization, it can be a struggle, this book would give your leadership team a quick and easy read to give them a level setting and help set you up for success. Or take out relevant parts and put them on slides. A great read! Using Smashwords is a simple inexpensive option.
