Review by: Jessica Peterson on June 17, 2013 :
I really enjoyed the storyline, there were parts of it that I thought were just adorable. However, I think if this book were to go through a couple more rounds of edits, it would be even better. Sometimes the tenses were inconsistent and there were a few minor errors with mixed up details. Also, with the way the story was written, I got the impression it was from a time long, long ago, however there were certain words/phrases that brought me out of the book for a moment and made me wonder "they wouldn't say that back then, would they". Bridezillas is the first thing that comes to mind. Other than that I loved the conclusion as I'm a sucker for happy endings. Endings in general really make the book for me and I was quite happy with this one. It was a quick read with lots of endearing twists. I felt interested in the main character and wanted to keep reading to know what would happen which is always a good sign. I would recommend it.
