I must respond to Jay Pattersons review. The Author is not saying he's not a writer, it's the character, Jay Davis, who is retelling his personal account of the events he witnessed. I don't know how that confused you. Anyway, I found this novel to be well written and quit gripping. I was not bored, I read this in 2 days, and just downloaded part 2. This book had an inventive storyline, we'll developed characters, and unexpected turns. Thanks for the great read, starting on book 2 now!

The author of this story keeps injecting himself into the story to state he's not a writer and to apologize for his shortcomings. If he isn't a writer why should I read his story. I got bored early and quit.
