“I loved this book. My criteria for a good book is simply this: if I can't put it down, it's a great book. In Guards We Trust is a compelling story set in a time frame of years gone by. The drama, the intrigue and the suspense of how it will all play out in the end, compelled me to read this book from cover to cover. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.”

Don't let the bad cover put you off. This is a stupendous read! Is it pure fiction or based on true events? I guess not knowing the answer is what makes it even more enchanting. It takes you to a charmed era. If you enjoy 18/19th century history with some fictional flair, then this one is for you. When is the sequel to be published?
