It was written after seeing a young student walk into a steel lamp post while watching a movie on her mobile phone. The story hopes to draw attention to the dangers associated with the distraction mobile devices are creating among all sections of the population. Hopefully it will increase awareness in children. The book highlines the problem of "inattentive blindness". Hopefully the characters in the story are able to get the message to young children regarding the dangers of being distracted by their mobile devices.
The story revolves around a Chinese grasshopper and an American seagull who try to spread the message to students.

The Wacky Tan character has previously warned of the dangers associated with air pollution.
