"An easy and light read, especially for young sci-fi mystery lovers." Kirkus

"Despite its part in the larger series, The Boy Who Played with Dark Matter makes a fine
read all on its own, although a reader will most certainly crave the sequel to find out if Zeddy gets his father back." ForeWord Clarion More

Review by: Amy Taylor on May 26, 2014 :
The Boy Who Played with Dark Matter thrills with mystery, intrigue and suspense as we are guided by Holy Ghost Writer through a future where so much is controlled by the International Government (including hair and make-up).

When Zeddy’s dad Zane mysteriously disappears, Zeddy and his mother Zadie go in search of him. With plenty of suspense and adventure along the way Holy Ghost Writer creates an entertaining and gripping read.

This book is appropriate for children and yet is actually quite enjoyable for adults as well. I highly recommend it!
