The author has given a fascinating review of the world’s greatest single hydropower power. This book is recommended reading for anyone interested in renewable energy or international cooperation to meet our energy needs. Unlike authors paid by governmental groups or special interests, the author approaches the subject of how the immense hydroelectric power straddling China and India could be harnessed with objectivity. He then explores how cooperation between the two nations could allow the hydroelectric power potential between them to be tapped. I applaud the scholarship that went into this insightful research.
