Lucy Hyland, nutritionist and chef, has created a range of meals plans to show how easy healthy eating really is. Here meal plans include 'Plan for Weight Loss - summer and winter editions' and 'Cholesterol Lowering Foods - summer and winter editions'.

She carries out talks and seminars for companies, health charities and organisations, is involved in TV and video appearances and writes both her own blog and articles for national and local publications.
