This simple, yet elegant approach to the court is a great read. Tennis, perhaps more than any other sport, is a mentally grueling sport. A weak mind won't go far. This book applies the wisdom of Tao to the tennis court and the result is a wise guide on court play. It is the type of book that has obvious benefits to rereading. The writing style is straightforward and simple, yet never simplistic. Easy to read as it is broken in to numerous short passages perfect for reflecting and contemplating. Highly recommended.
