This book really surprised me as it became so much more than I expected but everything I wanted. The story grew from chapter to chapter and before I knew it I was engrossed. I read a lot and finding a new author with a great voice for characters and story telling is something I look for constantly. Thanks for taking me to that place where my imagination is taken for a ride and it is so enjoyable.

Really enjoyed this book! The author's writing style didn't give too much away early but just enough that I had trouble putting this one down. The characters were as diverse as the events that took place, from stories by the fire to battles to the death. What seemed like a simple situation transformed into a tale that has so much background and depth that I constantly wanted more. This is the first I've read by this author but I really hope "The Lonely Tower Series part 2" is coming out soon!
