Peter Black, born March 3, 1987 is an American Author and Poet.
Quoted from his poem 'Out in the world', as a child Peter Black played "make believe in digital worlds" and had a typical upbringing in south Florida. "I hit things with sticks and pushed buttons on controllers and watched television and did my homework for about twelve years. When I graduated high school, I had absolutely no place in the world."
Finding his passion for poetry and fiction, Peter Black remained active as an author from 2009-2015, writing dozens of books (The Fate of Nim, The Shack and the Storm, A Single Day, Isolation, Kayfabe, etc) along with hundreds of poems before going on hiatus in 2015.
Peter Black's writing can be described as literary fiction that explores the human experience through myth and fantasy. Slightly tragic, but ever hopeful in philosophy, his works carry a tone of isolation and emptiness that many people can relate to.
Message from the author:
Hi, welcome to my Amazon Author Page. My name is Peter Black, author of fiction, but not a specific genre. I always wanted to write stories for younger people who felt alone and misunderstood and purposeless in the world. If you decide to read one of my books, thanks, I hope you don't feel like you wasted your time.
If you need to get in contact with me, that might be difficult since I'm not around lately. If you leave a message on my Google + page, someone will eventually let me know.
