Aaron Ozee is a bestselling American poet and children's author who has penned over ten books of poetry and children's literature since 2011, writing his first anthology titled, “Celestial Inferno: Poems of Another Realm,” at age fifteen, which has marked Ozee as one of the youngest authors ever to have been published in the world.
Beginning to draft homemade pamphlets of folktales depicting characters such as Arro and the Hungry Crab at the age of five, Ozee's early devotion to the written word gradually developed and led to the subsequent profession that awaited him. After working with components of short stories for several years between the ages of seven and eleven, Ozee had ventured into the artistry of poetic writing and soon recognized that as his calling in life and the main study of his future career. At age twelve, Ozee had begun to compose works of poetry and regularly submitted them to acclaimed poetry organization and social network, Poetrynation.com. With one of Ozee's first poems, “Breaking Home,” he was able to make his mark as one of the top three hundred finalists in the United States through a contest headed by Poetry Nation and was responsible for originally sharing the first of his works on a national scale.
Three years following the initial launch of Ozee's account on Poetry Nation, he at last came to the realization that it was time to compile his poems together and release his debut collection with world-leading self-publishing company, Lulu Press. Ozee was an instant success in the eyes of his peers and mentors as they watched him be featured in countless local newspapers scattered throughout Chicago's Northwest Suburbs, such as The Lombardian and My Suburban Life, alongside many others that took an interest in his growing success.
An enormous body of books would follow over the next few years, all of which were released through Lulu Press, Smashwords, and the Audiobook Creation Exchange as Print-On-Demand, eBook and audiobook products. Each of Ozee's titles are listed with prominent retailers such as Barnes & Noble, Amazon, Books-A-Million, Alibris, Book Depository, and Half Price Books. Ozee has also been featured by notable outlets such as The Huffington Post, The Daily Herald, Publishing Perspectives, Boston Globe, Publishers Newswire, Halfstack Magazine, and Publishers Weekly for his historic achievements in the publishing industry.
In June 2015, Ozee successfully claimed ownership of the world record title, “Most Books Published By A Teenager,” officially awarded by Record Setter, a leading world record organization.
Today, Ozee continues to diversify his creative reach to encompass new roles such as public speaking, tutoring for aspiring writers, blogging, and private consulting for independent publishers as he proceeds onward to the next greatest milestone of his career as an author and entrepreneur.
