A wonderfully created book for people like me. We all know how selfish time can be on our skin and many times I have caught myself searching books and educational programs for effective ways to limit the effects of aging, well now I truly have. The truth is, this book has got it all.
The author has done a marvelous job of injecting many extremely valuable and massively helpful tips and tricks we can all benefit from. This book is certainly one in a million, based on my experiences with other books in this category, this one is certainly the best and I know others will agree.

The author Rachita Kumar has done some great work on Stop Aging series again. I've read an earlier version to it How to Stop Aging (Volume - I), but I found the beauty secrets revealed in this volume - II to be more informative and assertive to help stop or reverse the aging process.

The sections covering - slowing the aging skin process through the anti-wrinkle treatments are having elaborative information on the subject, which I liked most.

Like I discovered in stop aging vol-1, this book also had an unannounced special gift for me as a bonus at the end section and that was awesome.

I look forward to having all volumes in the series as and when they get published!

If, like me, you are losing sleep over a stray white strand of hair and those tiny wrinkles just beginning to show, it's probably time you pick this book up and do something about it. The book is a commendable effort by the author who scientifically explains skin dynamics, and contributions of internal and external factors towards it's ageing. The book details on anti-ageing tips classified by age which is particularly helpful. Read this book for great information and tips (some widely known, and some not many would be aware of!!!!) for healthy younger looking skin.

This handy volume focuses on the skin and does an exhaustive, informative job. From the science behind it e.g. the epidermis, the dermis and the cells within, to how skin ages and what may cause it to age faster. The rest of the book gives the reader handy tips (some of which most people aren't aware of) to keep your skin as healthy as possible. It also breaks down tips by age group... it gives a specialized guide to skin care to people in their 20's, 30's, 40's and so on. I recommend this book to anyone who has skin!
