Another right-on perfect pitch mystery. It introduces the Adie Sturm series with a cold blasting Canadian winter's night with her friend's abusive husband on the prowl. Two dead bodies later Adie is on the beach in Cozumel with sexy ex Wolf. They exchange witty quips and double entendres on the line of Robert B Parker but sexier. And then there's the corrupt billionaire that invites Adie to the yacht party. That scenario is belly-aching funny with the comedy of mishaps and wacky characters. Comic genius!

I did this backwards, reading some of the later books first but I had to go to the beginning. I was not disappointed!
A Corpse for Cozumel is a wonderful blend of murder mystery, mayhem, sensual romance and chocolate. There’s quirky characters who add to the humor in quick dialogue. The heroine is an adventurous, strong woman who is undaunted by challenges. Adie Sturm attracts men...some downright delicious and others are deadly dangerous. Highly recommended!

This series is addictive! It starts in a Canadian city and introduces Adie Sturm, a sensual martial artist who wants nothing more than to have some good vacation sex instead she ends up going to Cozumel to prove Marg didn't murder two people. She gets attacked, shot at and stalked. Against her better judgement she gets cozy with an ex and keen to explore sex with a billionaire. Suspense and thrilling action from the beginning to the very end!

A Canadian heroine who's a martial artist and sexy lady too. In fact I love the way she meets all these totally cool guys. Chocolate is everywhere, including the bedroom...yum! Great series starter.

I started out reading the fourth Adie Sturm and couldn't wait to go back and read how this girl got started in the murder business. Then I meet these two hot men that both want to hook up....hmmm. Wouldn't mind being her but seriously, this girl gets into trouble with a capital T. Luckily, she's a karate girl. Can't wait to read Days of the Dead and see which guy she wants.
