Over 225 comprehensive financial and performance analyses/investigations for small businesses generating between $1.5 million and $3.5 million in revenue.
Gerald’s multi-functional expertise includes: the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives; establishing organizational performance requirements and leading the organizational change process; performing financial audits and forensic analyses; and developing practical financial management and reporting systems.
Gerald is a Los Angeles native, a proud military veteran, and he received his Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University after separating from military service. He is available to provide consulting services and technical assistance for business owners, to speak at events and engagements on selected business management topics, as well as for delivering the following packaged training sessions that may be customized for a particular audience.
