The Marriage Go-Round Yours, Mine and Ours - Finding Happiness in a Re-marriage and Combined Family

It is easy to assume that anyone who has gone through the painful process of divorce would have learned something from it and be less likely to repeat the mistakes of the past. Unfortunately, this is not always so. This e-book takes an in-depth look at what went wrong in a previous relationship and what needs to be considered before entering a new marriage, especially when children are involved. More

About Judith Albright

Over the course of my life I have experienced many dry spells and have had to re-invent myself more than once. When I was younger I naively thought that life progressed in a straightforward linearly fashion. I once believed that, just like wine, relationships only got better with age; each job would be better and pay more money than the last; I had all the time in the world, and my life was orderly and under control. But “life” had different ideas. Isn’t that what John Lennon said? “Life is what happens to you while you are busy making other plans.” At some point my life starting taking all sorts of interesting twists and turns, certainly not in a straight line or all of them forward, and my concept of being in control went right out the window. Several times I had to ask myself, “Now what?”

Because of my own past frustrations and experiences, I am quite passionate about helping other people get past the stuck places in their lives, eliminate their negative thinking patterns and start moving in a more positive direction. I spent years living a life I truly didn’t want, so I know how it feels to want to be or do something different but without any idea of how to make that happen. I had many jobs, some of which I loathed and some I barely tolerated. The only ones I ever really liked were those that involved teaching and writing. Even as a child I wanted to be a teacher, and after a few years delay I eventually achieved that. My formal education includes a BFA from the University of Denver, an MA from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and additional graduate work at the University of Phoenix in Denver. My work experience includes both teaching various college level courses and a long career in Corporate America.

Along the way I discovered that the secret to success (for anything) lies in the power of our mind, and if we are genuinely going to make lasting changes it has to happen at the subconscious level, literally from the inside out. It was this change of thinking and a desire to make a career change that led me to pursue advanced training for the energy healing techniques I use today that include EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) PSYCH-K® and The Emotion Code. For more than 11 years I have had a private stress management practice in Ft. Collins, CO that focuses on helping others release trapped emotions, resolve emotional issues, change negative behavior patterns, and reverse false beliefs that are limiting and sabotaging their lives.
