Following 10 years working in health and social policy, Lucy decided to devote her life to her passion – allowing people to discover what self care means to them. Lucy is a qualified nutritional therapist and received her chef’s certificate from Ballymaloe Cookery School, Ireland. She also has a degree in Art and a diploma in Art Therapy.

Lucy runs an on line eating well service, designing health based meal plans and offering unique wellbeing programmes via Skype. She creates tailored food solutions that enable people to change their habits and adapt their lifestyles to eating patterns that promote wellness.
