Excellent compendium of ideas to help novice and even seasoned cooks (who doesn't like to pick up new tricks!). I wish she'd done more. I especially liked that she included some very easy but tasty recipes to this ebook. Well worth a read.

This is an excellent free source of great information that everyone can certainly use from time to time. Theresa has done a fine job of including many tips and tricks even a seasoned cook can use. The bonus recipes at the end are fun, easy and delicious ones that everyone will enjoy making.
