Review by: Beth's Book Reviews on Sep. 16, 2013 :
I wasn't sure what to expect at first, but I thoroughly enjoyed this well written novel. The combination of interesting characters and excellent writing combined for an immersive experience that left you feeling like you really knew these people, and caring about what happened to them.

The Nigerian setting was a nice change as you really got to experience the culture - with all its inherent political, social, and economic drama.

I genuinely enjoyed this intelligent and heartfelt novel and highly recommend it!
