About E. Kearney

Dr. Kearney is an award-winning author and professor and was a John Hopkins Fellow. Three of her books – Customers Run Your Company: They Pay the Bills, Everyone is a Customer, and People Power: Reading People for Results (a book that deals with communication and listening skills) – were all Fortune Book-of-the-Month Club selections. One of her recent books, Women Who Paved the Way, introduces her readers to some of the country’s most successful businesswomen. Dr.Kearney was selected in 2003, 2004, and 2005 as Businesswoman of the Year by the National Business Advisory Council and received the same accolade in 2003 from the American Business Women's Association. She was one of fourteen business owners honored in Washington, D.C. in March of 2005, and, in the same year, she was presented with the Ronald Reagan medal for her work with small businesses and their related issues. She now dedicates most of her time to writing business books.
