The Sitting

Rated 4.00/5 based on 2 reviews
Peter Dennis is flattered to be asked by a beautiful artist to sit for her next painting for a book cover. It starts out well but it doesn't go as he'd anticipated. A short horror story.
A slightly different version of this story first appeared in "Black Petals, Summer 2003".

Well written and imaginative. A "got what you had coming" ending. Personally a 4 star story, but I could see stronger horror fans giving it 5 stars.
