Julie McCoy is an author from Kildare in Ireland. She began writing poetry and short stories in her teens. Her pieces can often be heard on KFM's 'Artyfacts' show and she has appeared in the local newspapers and on Writing.ie.

'Eye of the Storm,' her debut novel, was released in July 2013 and is inspired by a lifelong dream of hers to chase storms across America's 'Tornado Alley.' She us currently working on her next novel, due for release in 2014.
