For those who might be thinking how is this book different from the millions claiming to guiding you to a flatter stomach, hold on. This might just surprise you. After having read it, I not only enjoy the ever evading flatter stomach, but also understand my body so much better. A thoroughly researched book, it teaches one all the must and must not(s) for a flatter stomach, without getting into the medical verbiage. Highly impressive!

I bought this ebook for one of my close friend who was in need of some help - looking for a flat stomach, just because she hardly had a few wks left until her wedding day. She went through this ebook and left me a mail saying -

This isn't some basic exercise and nutrition text that you've seen a thousand times before; this book explains the science behind getting a shapely, flat stomach. It shows you what vitamins and minerals to focus on (or which to avoid, believe it or not) and how body fat is gained or lost. It also smashes old myths and provides easy-to-follow instruction on how to make that abdomen look great and keep it that way too.
