Having learnt that your thoughts create your life, Eva went a step further to discover why they are so difficult to change and control. What she found was that thoughts alone mean nothing, that it’s the belief she holds that is creating the thoughts and in turn causing the emotions she feels.
Having explored her own personal beliefs, Eva came across where the conflict between where an individual is and where he or she what's to be is that the belief is clashing with the desire, and then causing unwanted thoughts and emotions.
