Even when I was 7 years of age, in Guadalajara, Mexico, I loved to pretend that I was a scientist whenever I played with my friends, not realizing that my life was going to revolve around the exciting world of science. I came to the United States when I was 15 years of age, well instructed in English, given that I attended a pedantic Middle school that provided me with a wonderful English teacher. I ended up attending the University of California at Irvine. I met wonderful professors that defined my high standards. I really thank them for having allowed me to get a feeling about what a functional genius looks like. Thanks to that, I ended up getting an interesting job in the field of medical physics after I graduated, where I met more interesting science people. Eventually, I ended up teaching secondary school. That is what I do for living now. I am not sure about tomorrow.
