great options for gluten free. It is really hard to find foods that are gluten free, and the ones that you do find taste terrible. So thank you for your book of recipes.

After trying a couple recipes and finding them both enjoyable and delicious I am eager to dig in deeper and discover some more. I wonder how much more wonderful the dishes would taste if I could use onions...(unfortunate allergy denies me) happy eating to all who pick up this book.
