"And they lived happily ever after"
Awww!! What a sweet ending for this series. That’s really the right sentence to ended this story. It’s very sweet that Charlie finally gave his blessing through this sentence that carved in a canvas and hung on the wall beside Luke and Julie’s picture.
Finally, after going through A LOT they’re going to marry. Yay!!! :D
The story starts with the Halloween party that Charlie held and then Matt just showed up, telling Julie that dropped out from college and gave up his dreams. And until this story ends, Matt didn’t give any reasons about his action. Maybe there will be another story about Matt? I hope so. At the very moment, Charlie had a fight with Luke and Luke dragged Julie out and surprised Julie with the new house that he bought for them. When they were about to discuss, Rebecca, Luke’s sister about to give birth and it shocked me that the baby is Derek’s. And the strange thing is, Rebecca didn’t care about the baby and gave it to Derek which she blamed for her unplanned pregnancy. I don’t like Rebecca at all.
And then it revealed that Charlie already turned out Luke’s proposal a few times because he scared about losing Julie. Finally Julie moving out to the new house with Luke without Charlie’s blessing. But somehow it bothers Julie because she needs Charlie’s approval. Can’t blame her, Charlie is like a father to her. But when Luke finally proposed Julie at her parent’s cemetery ( a weird but at the same time a right place ) there’s no doubt anymore. They were meant to each other and Luke gave his mother’s ring to Julie. So sweetttt....
I loved this series and it’s kinda sad that this series was finally over. But maybe there’s another story about Matt and Derek, I hope. I’m really curious about Matt’s reasons to finally gave up everything and about Derek’s life and his newborn baby. They both deserved to have someone beside them just like Luke and Julie.
