I have a rather extensive library on: 'self help, meditation, inner healing, metaphysics' and and so forth. I found Gary Stewart's book easy to read and very well written. For those thinking about starting out on a journey of 'Self' and/or are just a bit curious on how to go about it all, should give this small book a read. Gary writes in a very 'literate' but easy, insightful and informative way that makes it pleasant for the beginners (or those who have already taken this path.) Even after years of practice, I still found this book helpful. I suggest you give the 'free read' part go and add this insightful piece of literature to your library....Carol Towne
