Interface, Astronomical essays for Astrologers

This book is an integration of the male, rational science of astronomy and the feminine-intuitive art of astrology. They always used to be one in earlier, more coherent cultures, and the awful strife between them for the last three-and-a-half centuries needs to come to an end. The author is a science historian who has been a Fellow of the Royal Astronomical Society for twenty years. More

About Nicholas Kollerstrom

NK has always had an interest in hermetic and alchemical matters. For nearly thirty years he has produced Britain’s Moon-gardening calendar. He studied in his youth at Emerson College, becoming immersed in the philosophy of Rudolf Steiner. But he has also worked for the Medical Research Council (no animal experiments in the lab) and as a school maths teacher.

He produced a study of the geometry of crop-circle patterns ('The Hidden Form'), recommended by the Association of Teachers of Mathematics as ‘a must for every school library.’
He has published evidence showing how the fertility of racehorses is linked to the lunar cycle. (www.astrozero.co.uk/astroscience/koll2indx.htm)

He has a couple of degrees in history of science, and was asked to do the bio of Isaac Newton in the present Biographical Encyclopaedia of Astronomers.

He has become somewhat known for conspiracy-type research, but is here endeavoring to turn over a new leaf.

As Director of New Alchemy Press he is endeavoring to bring a new focus to these issues which traditionally have been rather marginalised.
