Review by: Jagoda Perich-Anderson, M.A. on Dec. 30, 2013 :
Courageous Conflict-Lite does an exemplary job summing up the most important skills and attitudes for handling any conflict situation. Mark Adams is courageous himself as he does not shy away from tackling some difficult issues like the importance of checking your biases at the door and how to effectively deal with anger and frustration. This "Lite" version has a lot of wisdom in it and is a quick read. Fair warning, though, applying the insights in it might take a little longer.
