The Kentucky Derby is the one horse race that I never miss. I cannot begin to tell you how excited I am about this book. The author is a wonderful writer that is able to both entertain and inform at the same time. The book grabs you with stories of 1 on 1 battles between champion horses that make you feel like you are at the race and on the edge of your seat. If there were nothing more I would consider the book to be a winner. But the best part is this book will make you money and a winner. What else can you ask for? Enjoy!

"A glance at pre-LeBlanc Derby guides confirms that the only hope there is false hope." “Not chipped! Not charmless! Feels like pure recreation to the reader." "The natural buoyancy of LeBlanc's methods convinces." These are my responses to LeBlanc’s book, yes, but the point is that the language I use in these responses is directly inspired by LeBlanc’s writing. What he shares—the methods—is very interesting. After all, those methods undercut, even decimate, widely held beliefs. But how he shares those methods is even better, because LeBlanc’s writing is a joy. This isn’t a guide to study and sweat over. This guide is a ride, a free and easy trip from start to finish.

As the title The Lazy Bettor's Guide to the Kentucky Derby suggests, this book presents
a unique approach to handicapping. Drawing from over twenty years researching and betting
on the Derby, the author provides readers with three methods for selecting contenders. Importantly,
he also shows the results of applying these methods over a period of time, typically over ten years.
All in all, this book is a great resource for folks who enjoy betting on the Kentucky Derby.
