Sometime in the month of September last year, I gained interest in how wars are conducted over land, on seas and in the air. It is not as If I have turned a war monger, but it is purely out of my interest in History, as wars and history are so closely linked. I recall a quote I recently read(I forget about the person who said this) that wise men long for peace and justice, but it is war that is the history of man. It is unlikely that we will have no war in the future. Yet, if the collective wisdom prevails, we may have fewer and fewer of them. Of course, if we are to let our suspicions linger on, we would invite war in some or the other form in the future. The fact that I have not been an armed forces person might make some of the depiction of an Aerial fight a bit unrealistic. Still, I have tried to figure out what all a fighter pilot would go through in such a situation. I do await that readers try out and comment on this work by a novice writer, so that I can bring out another, much refined work.
