Lucy has designed these meal plans is to empower people to make better choices for their health by discovering what self care and great food means to them. She blends her knowledge and understanding of nutrition and health with her love of creativity and good food.

Following 10 years working in health and social policy, Lucy decided to devote her life to her passion – allowing people to discover what self care means to them. Lucy is a qualified nutritional therapist and received her chef’s certificate from Ballymaloe Cookery School, Ireland. She also has a degree in Art and a diploma in Art Therapy.

Lucy runs an on line eating well service, designing health based meal plans and offering unique wellbeing programmes via Skype. She creates tailored food solutions that enable people to change their habits and adapt their lifestyles to eating patterns that promote wellness.

Lucy carries out talks and seminars for companies, health charities and organisations, is involved in Radio, TV and video appearances and writes both her own blog and articles for national and local publications.
