Lazarus The Pig

Rated 5.00/5 based on 1 reviews
Lazarus The Pig is the short story of a wretched propaganda tool referenced in Matthew Sawyer's Pazuzu Trilogy. Time-wise and contrary to the Old Testament siege of Masada, this incident happens after the Chosen Gospel (a forgery of the Book of Mark).

About Mr. Binger

Have you, curious reader, have you ever worked as a receptionist - or have you worked really anywhere that has required a client or visitor to spell out their name for you? Well, that is who I am. I am that man who tells you, "My name is Mr. Binger, with a punctuation point. M - R - period. B-I-N-G-E-R. Mr. Binger is my name. Yo!"

First Doctrine 14:16
The kids here in theocratic school usually hear whatever the military plays on the radio, which amounts to lists of Chosen doctrines issued from the Church. And First Doctrine 14:16 is a principle doctrine.

Review by: tony parsons on Jan. 06, 2014 :
Children Chosen/Un-Chosen (no discrimination) throughout all of the Shur desert were taught by Ms. Mendel certain mandatory things. She explains to the class all media had been banned; Printed materials, book, magazines, TV & movies. Radio broadcast military bulletins & Church doctrines is the only thing that exists.
She goes on; Judah Ismael here is Un-Chosen, his criminal father has money.
Ms. Mendel now tells the class about the cartoon character Lazarus Lazy the Pig.

Who is better off in this parable; Chosen/Un-Chosen?

A very well written religious in nature short story (book). Easy to read/follow to the end, never a dull moment. No grammar errors, repetitive or out of line sequence sentences. Great scenario & a groups of characters. This could make a very great cartoon or the beginnings of a TV series. Very easy for me to give the short story (book) 5 stars.
