Ancient Rome was/is like the modern day U.S. a safe haven for those less fortunate. A form of government was founded way back then.
War & expansion what does that entail or what are the rewards for a country? What about religion say; Catholicism? Now who gets more greedy politicians’ or the clergy?
Fast forward to the revolutionary times & we come up with voting & election of the governmental leaders. For our candidates I agree with the author on the MMPI, CP’s though can be faked, & a UA or drug test, or arrest records now that’s hilarious. The ASVAB for all military should be a gimme. Political monopolies that’s a fact Jack. Appoint independent inspectors (checks/balances), what a great idea. A little Marx’s theory slave/master, I like that, part of the Conspiracy Theories. Corporations will try & balance between legality/morality anybody with any common sense knows it’s all about their bottom line.
I don’t think you missed anything. What you’re getting at is putting governmental, law enforcement & military entities under 1/several umbrella, great idea. Send this report to your senator in D/C, gotta go through those waste of time/money bureaucratic mindboggling channels you know.
A very excellent well researched written historical fact finding report (book). It was very easy to read/follow & never a dull moment from start/finish. No grammar errors, repetitive or out of line sequence sentences. This could be a great documentary or TV series. It was still very easy for me to rate this report (book) at 5 stars.
Thank you for the free short story (book)
