Interesting. I have often thought that humans are caught in sort of an endless loop - we are distanced by technology because we 'talk' online more than we talk in person, thus technology is what brings us together - sort of a double-edged sword.
This piece focused on 'why' people post what they post on Facebook. Have you given any thought to the broader topic of humanity and technology?
