About Colin D. Gray

Colin Gray (1973-) is a qualified pilot and instructor.

He is from Cape Town, South Africa. He is also a bit of a jack-of-all-interests: Plays guitar, is qualified as an electrical engineer, does paving, gardening, has repaired two mantle clocks and painted watercolours for a children's book.

"Drive Coil (short story) 2014, came to be written after I was playing with audio book recording of a story about an android. I was using the computer narrator to play the part of the android, and started to create the character Ness and her spaceship Persephone." - Colin Gray

Colin's second book, Space Drop, is set chronologically as a direct follow-on tale of Drive Coil, and has more character development.

The Miner is his third book, also a short story, was inspired by his 8yo son and his imagination. Read it and you'll understand why.

Please review my books when you finish them. I enjoy reading the feedback.

Captain Ness (f) was watching the speed of the Persiphony spaceship on the instrument panel. The Quantum drive coil had quit working.
Rodgers the spaceship helmsman showed signs of blood.
Hopefully John could repair it, new ones were expensive. they were to dock at Traders (Egrass).
