I just finished this book yesterday. It was a wonderful book and towards the end it was very hard to put down. This was a book about Iris/Avery who's father was accused of murder. Unfortunately he was found dead as well. Her father was a teacher and a loving father and husband. Avery holds out hope that her dad was innocent and she has changed her name to try to stop the way people are treating her so she can live a normal life. Unfortunately the issues that happened with her dad wind up following her to college and she goes through a lot of emotional turmoil in this book. I can't wait to read and find out what happens next! I so don't want to wait till October for the next one!

This book had me hooked from the first page!

Avery just wants to be a normal girl with a normal family. Avery started college and thought that once she got away from her hometown Break that she could start over...no one knows who she is or her family...until Luke her high school crush comes back into the picture. She thinks the only reason he wants to meet up is because he feels sorry for her but newsflash Avery the man is just trying to help you out again. What would you do if your past came back to haunt you?
