About Colin D. Gray

Colin Gray (1973-) is a qualified pilot and instructor.

He is from Cape Town, South Africa. He is also a bit of a jack-of-all-interests: Plays guitar, is qualified as an electrical engineer, does paving, gardening, has repaired two mantle clocks and painted watercolours for a children's book.

"Drive Coil (short story) 2014, came to be written after I was playing with audio book recording of a story about an android. I was using the computer narrator to play the part of the android, and started to create the character Ness and her spaceship Persephone." - Colin Gray

Colin's second book, Space Drop, is set chronologically as a direct follow-on tale of Drive Coil, and has more character development.

The Miner is his third book, also a short story, was inspired by his 8yo son and his imagination. Read it and you'll understand why.

Please review my books when you finish them. I enjoy reading the feedback.

not overly good or bad, the ending was less surprising the it seems the author intended.

Stuart thoughts drifted of adventure & finding a lost treasure. Then reality set in it was time to eat supper. He really had been playing Minecraft.
What a delightful maybe a true-to-life heart felt short story (book). A very easy 5 stars for the short stories (book).
Thank you for the free short story (book)
