In 1910, my grandfather, Alphonse Salaets, & his brother, Victor, got aboard the Red Star Line in Antwerp Belgium & immigrated to the US. They ended up at Ellis Island, N.Y. A very happy ending.
I/son loved tracing my genealogy & he also did his biological mothers background.
A true to life story I love hearing about anybody’s past.
A well written report. A very easy 5 star rating for the short story (book).
Thank you for the free short story (book)
